I have installed the Store Collection module but the checkout form still prompts for a delivery address. If there any way of disabling this? In admin, Store Settings, Stock tab, setting "Allow delivery to non-invoice address" to un-checked should inhibit the customer from using any address but their billing address as their delivery address. So, while CubeCart still needs a delivery address, the billing address is used and the entry form for that data should be hidden from the customer.
