We get the following error: [Exception] /home/sites/.....................................co.uk/public_html/ticketing/includes/lib/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_template.php:163 - Unable to load template 'file:js/common.html' in 'templates/main.php' Can anyone shed any light on how we can resolve this please? havenswift-hosting Posted February 22, 2019 Share Posted February 22, 2019 Check and see if the file js/common.html exists - the error message is indicating that it doesnt !
