John Huong Posted March 9, 2019 Share Posted March 9, 2019 Hi, I've chosen in Store->Advance to use plain SMTP (without TLS). However in clicking the Test button it still uses STARTTLS and I have confirmed the same over the standard communications when I canceled the order. I'm using an internal SMTP proxy with a very strict IP restriction (allows only internal servers) so we don't have TLS configured on it and the server just rejects Cubecart the moment it sees STARTTLS.
