customer changed order

We had an instance (again) where a customer pressed the 'secure checkout' button which triggers the store email.

Customer then landed on the gateway page, but pressed the back button and changed the delivery address.

Pressing the 'secure checkout' button a second time does not trigger another store email.

Subsequently we delivered to the wrong address.

 

Is there a way we can get the store to re-issue a store email upon a subsequent press of the 'secure checkout' button.

Forget this. I've discussed with the staff memberand changed the site to email at processing instead.

It's one extra process for her to deal with but should fix the problem.
