Al Brookbanks Posted May 28, 2019 Share Posted May 28, 2019 We experienced downtime from 08:57 to 09:54 (UK time) this morning due to an internal network failure in the datacenter. Server administrators reported that the failover network was also affected. Everything is back up and online. Our service availability is currently standing at 99.81%. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused. Follow up action is being made in order to prevent this happening again.
