kiwi
Help please, I widen my foundation standard theme via cubecart.default.css and inserting .row {max-width: 80%;} I'm now wanting to widen the product image size to match this change. I search this forum and found the below topic, but it doesn't seem to match up to the file in the latest foundation theme, can someone point me in the right direction. see website https://toolsetups.co.nz/tungsten-carbide-burr-set.html
bsmither
You are wanting to make the 500x500 image bigger? In the Foundation skin folder is a file named config.xml. That file has image dimensions (pixels on the largest side) for the named sizes. So, make some adjustments here and clear the cache.
kiwi
Thanks for the fast reply. I changed this to 600 reference="medium" maximum="600" quality="80" default="noimage.png" /> worked but from not changing size, when inspected in firefox it appears to be held back by the column https://toolsetups.co.nz/tungsten-carbide-burr-set.html thanks for the help. bsmither
"Held back by the column"? I don't understand. The main image is certainly 600x600, but I have to get the browser window very wide (more than 2000 pixels) in order for the image to be shown that big. You may want to consider changing the ratio of the column widths. Using the element.product.horizontal_gallery.php template (choose this in content.product.php), for medium width viewports (includes large), the ratio is 7:5. At this extreme viewport width (2000 pixels), you could have 9:3 easily.
