jbringolf
Using current version - have a hook snippet installed which I don't recognize. Hook into: controller.index Attached screen shot shows the snippet. Is this installed by default or is it malicious. Should be a simple yes/no but Tech Support refused to answer this simple question without paying them. Thank you.

Al Brookbanks
This looks very much like your store has been hacked. This can happen if your store wasn't upgraded for a while after a security patch was released. You need to delete that code snippet immediately. Upgrade to the latest version and then do a file integrity check of your whole hosting account. This can be a lot fo work. Please see:

havenswift-hosting
There are no default snippets installed and that one definitely looks malicious. You will need to fully delete this plus clean the whole site as it could have been used to install other back doors into your hosting account Ian
