Nelly111s Posted August 31, 2019 Share Posted August 31, 2019 Hi, I've been using my store for a while to sell physical products, but I want to give people the option to download some free digital resources. I've uploaded the file to the correct place and everything seems to be OK. When I use a dummy account to place an order, the email template that goes out to the customer is the product one, rather than the one with a link to the digital file. If I go into the order in the admin section of the website, the download link is showing OK, so it's processed the right product, just not given the user the option of downloading it.
