navimaps4u Posted September 12, 2019 Share Posted September 12, 2019 Hello All, Why aren't the digital downloads not showing up in the customers account page under digital downloads. it says no longer available but was never there in the first instance. see below. Digital Downloads File Name Expiry Date Downloads This download is no longer available. where do I go to enable this feature or edit a file? bsmither Posted September 12, 2019 Share Posted September 12, 2019 Please let us know which skin you are using. The downloads list in the customer's Downloads page should still list the product's name - regardless of whether it is available for download or not. The download is not available if the product has been deleted from inventory, the time limit has expired, the order status is other than Processing or Completed, or the actual file is not where the FileManager thinks it should be.
