roryt
Hi Guys A problem has developed with one of my stores. Front end is running ok but in the admin section we cannot add any new options. We can go through the process but when we save it goes to the dashboard front page and gives the message Possible cross site request forgery (CSRF) please do not use > multiple tabs/windows or the browse back button' problem is we are not. I have activated error logging it gives me details of a slideshow problem which we are not using as follows: PHP: [Notice] /home1/crazytex/public_html/mainsite2/classes/hookloader.class.php:298 - Error: Hook 'MagicSlideshow/hooks/class.cubecart.display_homepage.php' was not found[Notice] /home1/crazytex/public_html/mainsite2/classes/hookloader.class.php:298 - Error: Hook 'MagicSlideshow/hooks/class.gui.display_random_product.php' was not found system error log reads as follows: Today, 11:10 [Notice] /home1/crazytex/public_html/mainsite2/admin_ijNayX/sources/settings.errorlog.inc.php:61 - Undefined variable: smarty_data Today, 11:10 [Notice] /home1/crazytex/public_html/mainsite2/classes/request.class.php:382 - Use of undefined constant CURLINFO_RESPONSE_CODE - assumed 'CURLINFO_RESPONSE_CODE' Today, 11:10 [Warning] /home1/crazytex/public_html/mainsite2/classes/request.class.php:382 - curl_getinfo() expects parameter 2 to be long, string given Today, 11:10 [Notice] /home1/crazytex/public_html/mainsite2/admin_ijNayX/sources/dashboard.index.inc.php:320 - Undefined index: plugin_tabs Today, 11:10 [Notice] /home1/crazytex/public_html/mainsite2/classes/request.class.php:382 - Use of undefined constant CURLINFO_RESPONSE_CODE - assumed 'CURLINFO_RESPONSE_CODE' Today, 11:10 [Warning] /home1/crazytex/public_html/mainsite2/classes/request.class.php:382 - curl_getinfo() expects parameter 2 to be long, string given Today, 11:10 [Notice] /home1/crazytex/public_html/mainsite2/classes/request.class.php:382 - Use of undefined constant CURLINFO_RESPONSE_CODE - assumed 'CURLINFO_RESPONSE_CODE' Today, 11:10 [Warning] /home1/crazytex/public_html/mainsite2/classes/request.class.php:382 - curl_getinfo() expects parameter 2 to be long, string given Today, 11:09 [Notice] /home1/crazytex/public_html/mainsite2/classes/admin.class.php:438 - Possible Phishing attack - Redirection to 'http://crazyladiestextiles.co.uk/mainsite2/admin_G6Pvi8.php?_g=settings&node=errorlog' is not allowed. keat
Isn't magic slideshow a plugin which displays images on the home page ? Might be worth re-installing that plugin, although I'm not sure why it would cause errors when adding options. Are you logged in via https ? and have you tried clearing your browser cache ? bsmither
The CURLINFO_RESPONSE_CODE message is being generated because this constant was introduced in PHP 5.5. Please verify that you are running PHP 5.5 or later. (See: https://github.com/cubecart/v6/issues/2429)
roryt
Hi Guys Thank you for the responses. Bsmither it would appear I'm currently running 5.4 can upgrade 7.1 apparently would you recommend this
roryt
Upgraded to php 7.0 unfortunately its made no difference. if we go into products/product options and try to add a new option we get bounced to the dashboard front page (see below) If we go into option attributes and try to add an attribute we get bounced to the front page (see below) I activated error logging and this is what I get when returned to dash front page PHP: [Warning] /home1/crazytex/public_html/mainsite2/classes/sanitize.class.php:155 - Invalid Security Token[Notice] /home1/crazytex/public_html/mainsite2/includes/functions.inc.php:208 - Undefined variable: _GET[Notice] /home1/crazytex/public_html/mainsite2/includes/functions.inc.php:208 - Undefined variable: _GET[Notice] /home1/crazytex/public_html/mainsite2/includes/functions.inc.php:208 - Undefined variable: _GET[Notice] /home1/crazytex/public_html/mainsite2/admin_xxxxx/sources/dashboard.index.inc.php:320 - Undefined index: plugin_tabs GET: 'Before Sanitise:' => '_g' => products 'node' => options 'After Sanitise:' => SESSION: '__client' => 'ip_address' => 81.147.84.147 'useragent' => Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/78.0.3904.70 Chrome/78.0.3904.70 Safari/537.36 'session_start' => 1575893077 'session_last' => 1575893085 'language' => en-GB 'currency' => GBP 'admin_id' => 1 '__system' => 'token' => b55560c6621d5328797550bb555057e0 'token_acp' => a6c7b201730f5d94f9cc28c05e211147 'recent_extensions' =>

bsmither
The error message 'Undefined variable _GET' is incredibly weird. This is a standard automatic variable. (See: https://www.php.net/manual/en/reserved.variables.get.php) So, how CubeCart (or, more in particular, PHP) is "forgetting" this variable, suggests something really weird is going on. There has been a bug report posted against PHP 7.0.13 (https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=73554), and I do not know if PHP 7.1+ has fixed it.
bsmither
This bug report has morphed to another. (See: https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=74185) It seems to be a problem with web servers (maybe just Apache) running on Windows servers. This bug report explains that PHP 7.2 is when PHP7 on Windows got this fixed.
roryt
Many thanks for your help on this. I have upgraded to 7.1 which is as high as i can currently go (hostgator) We will give it another try and let you know the outcome..
bsmither
Your latest issue seems to manifest on a Windows server. And you host on HostGator. Does this mean your HostGator hosting environment is based on a Windows package?

bsmither
I hope Al can track it down. But I am confident that it is a PHP issue - not a CubeCart issue.
