jackgfj249y8
Hello Installed (only) Paypal plugin and get this error on checkout: " Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. This may be because the total weight of your order is too high or we cannot ship to your country. Please contact a member of our staff for any further inquiries. " I don't need any shipping as I only sell digital products. Thanks
Al Brookbanks
The products you have created are not digital if you get that error.
jackgfj249y8
I don't see an option anywhere to define it as a digital product

jackgfj249y8
What if I sell a service (nothing to download/deliver)?

I am also selling a service, or is the answer to create some digital ticket/booking form that is the product?
bsmither
That's how I would try to do it. With any technical service or consulting job, I will have some sort of contract. However, putting payment before signing the agreement isn't the correct solution. I had also thought to use the Free Shipping module. Set it to offer Free Shipping for a sub-total of zero and minimum weight of zero. (Be sure to set the weight of your service to zero.) You might also try Flat Rate and set it to zero. With either of the above, I expect there to be a Shipping line item in the Cart checkout sequence. It is your decision to remove that HTML from the template. bsmither
You might also try in admin, Store Settings, Features tab, checking the boxes for: * Allow physical orders even if no shipping options are available * Disable initial shipping & tax estimates (must have a valid delivery address)
