bsmither Posted December 16, 2019 Share Posted December 16, 2019 In admin, Email Log, see if there is an entry for having sent the Admin Password Recovery email. When you had earlier examined the CubeCart_admin_users database table, did you notice at that time if the 'verify' field was empty, or did it have a random hash value (32 characters)? bsmither Posted October 9, 2020 Share Posted October 9, 2020 Regarding an empty Email Log, assuming something gets logged, in admin, Store Settings, Advanced tab, "Log Retention" section (only in the past few versions of Cubecart), the admin can specify how many days, an integer number, worth of logs to keep (blank entry or 0 to keep them all). The preset value is 30 days. In admin, Email Contents, check to see if there is the flag for your language in the Admin: Recover Password list item.
