Lynne in NY Posted January 4, 2020 Share Posted January 4, 2020 I've uploaded some files to a "Backups" folder under the File Manager's "Download" function. But now that they are there, I don't see anywhere I can actually download them back to my computer. When I click on them I get a Forbidden 403. bsmither Posted January 4, 2020 Share Posted January 4, 2020 In CubeCart's /files/ directory (which you created a sub-directory /backups/), there is an .htaccess file that instructs the web server to deny direct access to all files, but then allows direct access to very specific files that CubeCart creates and deposits here. So, that begs the question as why do links exist, in the form of the filename in the list, to these files when clicking on them results in a denial to access them from admin.
