vidmarc
New site build: Is it safe to use the default Cubecart mailing list without being labelled a spammer?
bsmither
Basically, it's all out of your control. But if the newsletter to send is configured as Double-Opt-In Only, those recipients shouldn't be complaining. However, spam tests, hosting provider throttles/triggers, and other intermediaries may have other ideas. CubeCart does not throttle. (There may be a plugin that sets up a throttle.) Some are using a third-party (Mailchimp) to send their campaigns using a mailing list provided by CubeCart.
keat
I used mailchimp, its free if you have less than 2000 subscribers. However, we have 35,000+ and this is where it becomes expensive. I'm now using MooSend. Although, I have MooSend servers as part of my SPF string, and I'm wondering if this could impact our sender reputation.
