The "error" you are being advised of is that one needs to select the method of running the setup: either as an upgrade (the full-strength color image) or as a [fresh] install (faded color image). The javascript powering this page has substituted "radio buttons" to make this choice with images. Please "select" the Upgrade choice by clicking on the Upgrade image -- then clicking the Continue button. The link provided points to a knowledgebase system that is no longer online.
