Scott Magill
When I try to edit a product I get Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Any ideas on how to fix this? bsmither
Do you get the 403 just when you click the Edit icon from the Product Inventory list, or when you click the Save button after you have made your edits to the product. If you are hosted and have a hosting control panel, then within that panel there may be a way to view web server error logs
havenswift-hosting
This is almost certainly a mod_security issue - something in the product description you are trying to save is tripping g a security rule - your hosting company will be able to help

havenswift-hosting
That re-enforces my view that it is a mod_security error - you should check with your hosting company whether mod_security is enabled and if it is, give them your IP address and a time when this happened and they will be able to check the server logs.
