emails do not exist for time zone

We assume that your "Australia" is capitalized, and your "Hobart" is capitalized.

If Debug is reporting that the given value is not found in the database, then this will be a case where your hosting provider has not loaded a certain system table in the database server with timezone information.

You may wish to contact your hosting provider and request that they implement the timezone data in the database server.
