Technical support for cubecart designers?

Hello Everyone!

I design cubecart templates and I would like to offer my clients maintenance and technical support services. Is it possible for me to sign up for tech support and offer this to my customers? In other words, if a client has an issue they can open a ticket with my business and I will solve it. Is this possible with Cubecart?

Thank you for that. Honestly, I have never heard of Hesk. Plesk, but not Hesk.
