keat Posted April 8, 2022 Share Posted April 8, 2022 I updated to commerce yesterday, and I'm having issues today. Clicking on PayPal Checkout, just gets a spinning icon, then the screen goes off. Switching back to the standard module and I see "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later." Tried one of our other sites which only has the standard module and see the same Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later. keat Posted April 8, 2022 Author Share Posted April 8, 2022 Installing of the Commerce plugin has now triggered something on our account. I've just found out that our 20 year old PayPal account (one which has had 10's of thousands put through it over the years), is now limited until I can prove who we are. bsmither Posted April 8, 2022 Share Posted April 8, 2022 I did some scanning through a site called "PayPal Community" and there seems to be a lot of comments about accounts being "all of a sudden", "no reason for it" limited. Disclaimer: I have absolutely no way to determine if this amount of commentary/complaints is normal. Non-authoritative comments suggest a "technical glitch".
