Al Brookbanks
Have you gone to the /setup folder to upgrade to the latest version?
MJPMalc
Yes, it just hangs, browser refreshes every 8-10 seconds, nothing changes!
bsmither
Please let us know what errors show up, if any, in the error log. https://forums.cubecart.com/topic/51550-how-to-create-the-error-log/ The error_log may show up in the /setup/ folder during install/upgrade. MJPMalc
Hi bsmither, this is all that's in the error log in admin. File: [seo.class.php] Line: [395] "SELECT * FROM `CubeCart_seo_urls` WHERE CubeCart_seo_urls.path ! '.php' ;" - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near '! '.php'' at line
bsmither
If you hover the mouse cursor over this log entry, does a popover appear with a 'backtrace'? If so, you can swipe the mouse cursor over it to copy the contents. Please let us see that.
bsmither
Is there a time entry logged for the above error message? If so, is that time very near when you were running the setup?
MJPMalc
The time is when the upgrade was done, the strange thing is i have re-installed my postage extension and now the message has disappeared? i did keep the original database when upgrading.
