There is a table 'CubeCart_cookie_consent' which has size 3433.33MB (3.4TB) it is at session_id 5136354 , which seems a tad large? If EU/UK (and maybe California USA), there may be legal requirements regarding GDPR and being able to prove that the visitor agreed to having cookies be used. If you feel that this store really is immune to such requirements, then sure, you can occasionally TRUNCATE the table. (CubeCart programmers are working on a CRON API.
