Contact Us does not work

A couple things to examine:

What, if anything, is present in admin, Email Log?

What have you chosen as the Sending Method (admin, Store Settings, Advanced tab)? If SMTP, what is the Outgoing SMTP Host?

Did you find the forum conversation that discussed setting PHPMailer's Debug feature to the level 4, then clicking the Test button to test the email settings?
