I have the automatic email invoice for the payment Transaction #: 3Ou0QsHYOkkXfG8A1KUydea8 but nothing else. In 'my services' on the website it lists the product but just says 'Pending.' I find this odd as when I purchase something I would expect to get the item immediately or at least some explanation of what to expect. I had also replied to the ticket you opened about ten minutes and even included an offer to install it (plus the free skin config plugin that is required but wasnt ordered) for free for you - please see your email.
