Guest Borisgoodenough
When you add a Test Item to the cart, the Shopping Cart box shows: Your basket is empty. ----------------------- Items in cart: 1 Total: Clicking on the "View Basket" button gets the message: Your shopping cart is currently empty. Using Firefox 1.0.2. Cart works fine in IE6. Does not appear to be cookie-related, as I've tried it with cookies enabled and disabled. Guest
I'm getting exactly the same issue but in Internet Explorer. I add a product to the basket but it says 'your shopping cart is empty' when I go into it. thanks, Mark

Guest Borisgoodenough
Solved!!! When I finally got into my Admin section, I discovered that the Stock Level for this item was set at 0. Since the default is to not allow purchases of not-in-stock items, this was not being added to the shopping cart. Adding a couple of units of stock, and the cart behaves normally. But it still seems to need a minor fix, so that the cart box in Firefox isn't displaying BOTH "cart is Empty" AND "Items in cart: 1" messages at the same time when the stock level is actually 0.
