Guest andy_87 Posted May 9, 2005 Share Posted May 9, 2005 I got this strange problem I can't seem to get past step 4 It says "The config file could not be written" "Please make sure the following file permissions are set back correctly: File / Folder Current Permission Required Permission includes/global.inc.php n/a n/a Please ensure the file permission are set correctly to continue." Well... the filepermissions aren't any problem.. or are they? Running on my local computer with: IIS 4 ( or higher ) PHP 4.3.11 MySQL 4.1 ( With MySQL Administrator 1.0.20 ) Can someone tell me what i'm doing wrong? regards / Andy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest Posted May 10, 2005 Share Posted May 10, 2005 i 2 had this problem and to resolve it i 1. setup cubecart on my server 2. did a backup from server(downloaded all files) 3. set up database using mysql and dumping sql file from backup 4. copied downloaded files into my root folder on my comp voila hope this helps Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
