Guest Alcom Posted May 16, 2005 Share Posted May 16, 2005 After the client has chosen their product and payment method when they hit the continue button an error comes up that says: Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mhash() in /home/alcommar/public_html/shop/simlib.php on line 18 It then goes to a page with this on it The following errors have occurred. (13) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive. Our merch account is with authorize.net and I checked with them. They said our account is up and running and nothing on their end is showing a problem. My server guy says that mhash() is installed on our server and that isnt the problem. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Also I wanted to know if there was a way or a mod that would allow us to set tax by item because some of our products are tax exempt and our web guy doesn't know anything. If there is please tell me.
