Guest rolandm
Here's what I get when I open my site. Does anyone have any ideas as to where to look to correct this issue? The person working on the site last said that they were just working on some documents and changing some product descriptions. HELP! Warning: main(): open_basedir restriction in effect. Guest graphixw
Can a moderator please move this to v2 general support. I would like to know the answer to this as well. :P
Guest graphixw
Ok...I figured it out BUT this is for Version 2 This is what I did! Open PhpMyAdmin: (under store_config) Modify the site_dir value to the home directory of your store: e.g. (linux) /home/db_user/www/store (excluding trailing slash) - {this is just an example} e.g. (windows) c:\inetpub\html\store (excluding trailing slash) - {another example} "These examples are in the knowledgebase support" HERE Maybe some of us *cough* should read *cough* the instructions more thoroughly! Ok...glad I could help myself! "your welcome self" :P
