Guest clothahump Posted July 5, 2005 Posted July 5, 2005 I have enabled Royal Mail shipping and inserted GBR as the ISO and the following for weights and prices, 0.250:1.49,0.500:1.99,0.750:2.99,1:3.99,1.5:4.992:4.97,4:7.99,6:8.99,8:9.99,10:1 0.49,20:11.99 Problem now is I get this error when trying a test purchase. Sorry We cannot ship an order of that total weight. Any ideas much appreciated. Quote
Guest dot Posted July 19, 2005 Posted July 19, 2005 Where did you get those prices? I have been looking for Royal Mail prices for quite a while? Quote
Guest clothahump Posted July 20, 2005 Posted July 20, 2005 Royal Mail website and put it together myself, does not work in 3.0.1 so dont bother trying to use it. Quote
Guest dot Posted July 20, 2005 Posted July 20, 2005 How is it not working I seem to get it to work quite well in my testing of my store. Quote
Guest craigwalker Posted July 21, 2005 Posted July 21, 2005 Country ISO needs to be GB not GBR I have found another problem though, if you have both shipping by weight and Royal mail enabled i find that the Royal mail option overides the shipping by weight (not always) and will even go as far as sending "We cannot ship an order of that total weight." when there are viable options for the cart items weight in "shipping by weight" Anyone any ideas on this ? i have royal mail weights set up to 1kg and shipping by weight options set to 20kg for other services.. gazza Posted August 3, 2005 Posted August 3, 2005 Quick Question??? What goes in the Handling Fee and where can I name the shipping types, or does the shipping type go in the handling fee??? Quote
Guest fiddy Posted August 3, 2005 Posted August 3, 2005 Handling fee is your fee, I use it to put an average(highest?) cost of packaging. Quote
