Guest clothahump Posted July 5, 2005 Share Posted July 5, 2005 I have enabled Royal Mail shipping and inserted GBR as the ISO and the following for weights and prices, 0.250:1.49,0.500:1.99,0.750:2.99,1:3.99,1.5:4.992:4.97,4:7.99,6:8.99,8:9.99,10:1 0.49,20:11.99 Problem now is I get this error when trying a test purchase. Guest craigwalker Posted July 21, 2005 Share Posted July 21, 2005 Country ISO needs to be GB not GBR I have found another problem though, if you have both shipping by weight and Royal mail enabled i find that the Royal mail option overides the shipping by weight (not always) and will even go as far as sending "We cannot ship an order of that total weight." when there are viable options for the cart items weight in "shipping by weight" Anyone any ideas on this ? i have royal mail weights set up to 1kg and shipping by weight options set to 20kg for other services..
