I want to be able to offer free shipping for USA orders but overseas orders I need to charge $5 for shipping. Is this possible without a mod/hack? This doesn't even have to be automatic... just an option for the people who order overseas to check/select that they need to be charged the $5 shipping fee. If this isn't possible, the work around might be to create another product called "overseas shipping" and *ask* people to please select that product when ordering from overseas.
