Products in many categories

I am currently evaluating CC for a new project.

I would like to have some of my products in many categories but can't see an easy way to do this.

I could enter the product multiple times but that would cause problems with part numbers and also if the price changed I would need to do multiple edits.

What I really need is a many to many relationship between products and categories.

Is this possible?

That's how I read the features here http://www.cubecart.com/site/features/

'product can be placed in umlimited categories'

But perhaps that really means 'you can have an unlimited number of categories'

You can enter one product and have it show up in multiple categories. Enter the product in the main category, then in "View Products" from the Admin menu, click on "Manage Categories" and add as many categories for the product as you wish.

Do you know if there is any way of seeing at a glance, what categories each product is in. Or is it necessary to check each one at a time? by "managing categories" on each?

This would be a real pain if you had 1000 products!

I haven't stumbled across a way to see what categories each product is assigned to--but I haven't needed it either. I'll let you know if I see a way. I have thousands of products for my store--it is a pain to click on "manage categories" for each one.
