Add a box?

Anyone who can explain how to add a new box in CC3-Classic-skin. I want to add an image in a box under the mailinglistbox. I find a mod for CC2 but it doesn´t work for CC3.

Please!!! anyone?

Hello,

i have tried to add a new box on the left hand side of the website with

links to document style pages for just info about the product, but failed.

I ended up just adding another catagory and the customer

has then got to click the item page to get further info, but i have

had to make this item/page be out of stock, this is not a very good method.

All i want to know is how to add a box on the left

that has links to a document style page, hopefully in

laymans terms.

I had this file open and added the code below modded to my requirments,

{INFORMATION}

<div class="boxFootLeft">&nbsp;</div>

like that,

but all my page went wonky, the right side was all as it should be,

but the left hand side boxes went all wrong.

Did i add the code in the wrong place ?

I came here searching for a way to add a box or information at the bottom of the page and came across this. My problem was i needed the box to be in the center of the page at the bottom right above the contact u link. I wanted a banner ad to display in it and after many hours of work and pulling hair I was able to perfect this. Did a search here and found this thread, I need to add a complete box to the system, not just a box on the index. One such as the randomproduct boxe, where it refers with {CONTENT_NAME} and a file from which you edit.
