This is the latest stable release of version 3 which has many more bug fixes, an improved installation script with country support and Mals-E manual credit card processing. Upgrade instructions can be found in the upgrade folder of the archive. Please note that PayPal Pro integration is still under development and we will release it at the first possible opportunity.
