I am receiving Google payments fine, but have to manually process the order. i sell downloads and was wondering if this is normal?

Shouldn't the customer be redirected to their download page after the order is processed?

If so, how do I make this happen please. Thanks.

[Customer Cant Checkout]

When using Internet Explorer, many of my customers cannot seem to checkout. I am losing sales. They click "Add to basket" and nothing happens. How can I fix this please?

[Jamrox Affiliate program]

I was under the impression that once I set up my Jamrox affiliate program correctly, that there would be a link on my Cubecart inviting customers/visitors to become and affiliate. Can someone help me with this ? Thanks.

[Orders not completeing]

Today, all of my orders stayed at pending status. The only way I knew they were complete was the Paypal payments I received. Is there a fix for this?

It would be very hard to tell you how to do it here however you can go to the thirdparty cubecart forum and ask a designer there to quote how much it would cost to achieve that look.
