Not to reply to my own post, but I found the file containing the 1-800 number. In main.checkout.php, lines 87-91.

There's a 1-800 number on the basket and checkout page (possibly others, I just started looking for it in the template files). I'm grepping my entire site for the number right now but I am unsure if it's in the database or in a template file. Here's what I am seeing:

It's down by the newsletter signup. The number is for a Canadian business with what appears to be a Retail Therapy based CC site. This is not my phone number and it does not appear on the home page.
