[Blank screen on admin after install...]

So what should I be using? I have PHP5.4 and I think you are saying I need ionCube loader 4.4. I will check it out. Please tell me if I am wrong. AND I appreciate your expertise and response.

I am using PHP 5.4.2 and getting a blank screen for admin and store, is this the problem?

 

I checked all your other posts index.php and more and all seems well.
