I made the changes again. And tried to log in again. No good. Locked out for 5 more minutes.

ok. tried to login. still not working. Same password I have always used. Haven't changed it.
I don't see a FUNCTION drop-down selector. I DO see aSeach drop down that has the 2,3,4,and 5 that you listed. But the are no numbers to choose. only symbols. =, >, =>, etc
I am assuming the the = sign is 0? the > sign is 1?
And I don't see the MD5 at all

Fail level was 3. Changed it to 0 Blocktime was 0 In the table CubeCart_blocker, there was one thing. I deleted it.
BTW, you ROCK!!! :-D
I tried the email recovery again. Still nothing. And nothing in the spam folder either. This is driving me crazy.

I can't get into the admin area to tell you what version I have. Its 6. something I have been locked out several times over the past 24 hours. I am in my hosts Cpanel right now. Not seeing anywhere to change the password.

I can't login.I keep getting the " Invalid username or password" message. I have tried to get a password reset and I am not receiving the email for it either. How do I resolve this? I have orders I need to fill!

THanks Ian, But I did that and the issue wasn't resolved, yet it shows that it was closed. (The ticket, that is). Is there some other way of contacting someone at Cubecart? I just spend $130 for one month of pro help and I have not been helped.

I SO appreciate your help bsmither! I don't know how to get to the file. Is there a Cubecart manual somewhere that teaches me how to do everything? Also, the only thing that changed was the logo on my invoices and on my orders. The header did not change.

when I first looked at the password there, it was the 128 random characters. Now with the MD5 and the blank (NULL) salt, it is 32.
IT WORKED!!!!!!!! Finally!!!! Thank you SO VERY MUCH for your help!!!
