My customers are getting a 500 error, when trying to view my website from their mobile or tablet.

I had to make a pic, to show them how to be able to view my websites. 

Is there a fix for this issue?

I see there is a mobile app for ver. 5, but I'm running ver. 6.

How do I get the AddThis social plug to show on my website, after I did and automatic install token.

Also received a message from my server that said, 

automated scan of the "my" account and discovered software installed on this account contains known vulnerabilities.

These vulnerabilities have been fixed in a newer version of the software. Upgrading the software will address the issue:

 

• Back up your site.

• Update the software to the latest version

• Updating plugins, themes or other addons at the same time is good practice.

I'm trying to revert back, undo the upgrade.

So the information will not be the same.

This is a new server, so I'm kinda lost as far as the settings go.

I will contact my server in the morning, and see if they can help me get my original sight back.

I did what you said to do, and still getting the error.

I used cpanel to up grade. 

It said it was upgraded!

But I cant open the sight.

I reinstalled.

And it said to change or make sure 

After completing the script upgrade process please delete the setup folder: /home/peabodys/public_html/setup/ 
Also apply safe permission to the config file : /home/peabodys/public_html/includes/global.inc.php

 

What are the permissions suppose to be set to?

After upgrading it said to remove setup and change permissions.

But I forgot to do that, and I can't remember which ones to remove, and which permissions to change. 

I did do a backup, but do not know how to restore it.

I'm a little rusty on cubecart, last used before 6.0 was 3.0, Lol!

But what if after upgrading...

How about if I did not remove the setup file?

And change the permissions?

I tried to upgrade from 6.0 to latest, and now I can not get back in my store. I'm getting a 

500 Internal Server Error
