  1. Hello,

    It looks like visitors to my website, keep getting these errors:

    http://www.packagingdielines.com/index.php?_a=404

    When I am logged on as a customer, all pages seem to be working just fine. I don't understand why they are getting this "can't find page" error.

     

    Also, If I go to my errors log, I am showing these type of errors on the log:

    File: [seo.class.php] Line: [643] "INSERT INTO `ccio_CubeCart_seo_urls` (`type`,`item_id`,`path`,`custom`) VALUES ('saleitems','','sale-items','0');" - Duplicate entry 'sale-items' for key 'PRIMARY'

    I don't know why, nor understand what is causing these errors... Again everything seems to be working fine if I am logged in as a customer.

  2. I do not see any table labeled "mbstring", nor any item within any of the tables labeled "mbstring".

    This is the only thing I am finding that says "multibyte support":

    Thread Safety disabled
    Zend Signal Handling disabled
    Zend Memory Manager enabled
    Zend Multibyte Support disabled
    IPv6 Support enabled
    DTrace Support disabled

    Is this what you are talking about?

    Am I going to be required to buy a tech support subscription, just to have them fix this? It was working just fine! I don't know how it got this way.

     

  3. So I tried to do what you said. But not quite sure if I am finding the code you are talking about.  And now my website says this:

    The www.packagingdielines.com page isn’t working

    www.packagingdielines.com is currently unable to handle this request.

    HTTP ERROR 500

     

    So I asked HostBlast.net about it, and this attachment shows what they said. 

    How can I fix this?

  4. Hello,

    I am only selling digital downloads. I tested buying one, and it did not send a download link to the customer email address I specified. I did register as if I was a customer, and was able to download it from the digital downloads folder on the customer profile.

    However, if a customer completes the purchase as a guest, then how does that customer receive the purchased download?

    What do I need to do to eliminate the option to buy as a guest customer... and have it only be that the customer is automatically required to register before completing the purchase?
