[Force customer to register]

Hi,

Sorry if this is a dumb question,

I have setup free postage for certain postcodes for local deliveries in my area and works well if you register etc.

Problem i have found is that you can bypass this if you checkout with Paypal and doesn't add the free postage for the customer.

Shipping (Refine Estimate) would solve this but requires the customer to input this.

Is they a way to force customers to register first.

Does Square work, I have made a payment but keeps saying declined and that's with ver 1.1.7

Few customers are having same issue mastercard works ok but debit card saying declined.
