this URL on creating a plugin using the hook system is broken, is there an alternative? -
Hello, Is there a basic guide to create a new page in cubecart v6? I am not talking about creating a document. I need to php page to be displayed just like a document. I did find a url to create a page using cubecart v5 hook, unfortunately the url is now broken.
Any help appreciated.

Recently I installed PayPal Commerce Platform plugin, I believe I have set it up properly, I can see them of the checkout and when I try to checkout out it redirects me to PayPal and after completing the payment I can see checkout page displaying

The money was never credited to the the company account nor taken from the buyers account.

Old PayPal Plugin works without any issue.PayPal Commerce Platform plugin is on latest version (1.9.3) with mostly default config.
