i havent made any changes accept for the update from 5.1.0 to 5.1.4 and in the .htaccess file from http://forums.cubecart.com/topic/46459-resolved-permalinks-have-changed-to-404html/

it shows it in the admin side and it does it at random. it does not seem to be the same items always and it may only do it every 10-15 orders. could this be a problem say with a certain browser somone may be using?

when i had my site updated from 5.1.0 to 5.1.4 i let the hosting company do it and they made a file within /public_html/home/slic535/public_html/ and i had only one database with one user in it slic535_ccrt1. now i have one database slic535_ccrt1 with two users in it, slic535_ccrt1 and slic535_ccr. would this have anything to do with it? i tried to delete the slic535_ccr user and it made the site not work and gave me some kind of strange error instead of showing the site.

they said it was already installed.
