  1. You need to visit the third-party forum: cubecartforums.org
  2. It's possible. The files are only null output, and serve no purpose. They are not a risk, and can be safely and easily deleted.
  3. Just edit the global templates, add the code in there before featured items box placeholder. Lots of information on the global templates in the cubecartforums.org documentation. The skin layout is explained.
  4. This cannot be done in the core product. For mods you need to visit the third-party forum.
  5. Clear your cache and cookies, and reload your store admin from the main admin URL.
  6. The editor alters the JS script, it's a security feature if anything. We can help you more on CubeCartForums.org.
  7. It's not a problem with CubeCart, it's the editor doing it. You should visit the third-party forum for a contact form mod, or a mod to shop the editor loading and affecting the code. There are mods for both.
  8. If they do display with the shipped skins? if so then you have an error in your customisation.
  9. I wonder when Microsoft will fix their browser ;)
  10. But if you use the tools you can scan the root of your site and see which files are different, these tools can compare folders as well as files! Since our CubeCart had a lot of changes over the course of the years, then these tools will find almost each file different, this is why it is much faster to wait for Alistair to tell us what files have been changed wouldn't it? If you were familiar with such tools, you'll know that you can compare all files within a directory structure providing the exact same or similar report that Al would provide with the added benefit of being able to copy your own code changes over. If you've not used comparison tools before, the best way to identify all changes to your own store is to compare your store files to a shipped version of the same release. This flags up all your changes which are easy to copy across to the new release files. There are several ways to upgrade a store, copying your changes over to the new release files, or copying the CubeCart release changes to your live files. The best way to determine which method to take is a direct comparison between the a clean version of your store release and a clean version of the new release. You can then see which requires the least work.
  11. So you are suggesting we do a file compare for each and every file we have to see what changes Al did? Can we at least get the names of the files that were changed?? I suggest you take a look at the software rather than complaining about my suggestion.
  12. Thanx Roger ... but I still hope that Al can give us the ultimate answer since all my websites are live and I cant risk anything Anticipated thanx, Arames T. Then an investment in a file comparison tool like 'Beyond Compare' would benefit you much more than a change file.
  13. You have coding errors, especially code before of the DOCTYPE line.
  14. The place to look is CubeCartForums.org, however you may not find any till v5 is released.
  15. You need to visit the third-party forum for custom development.
  16. All third-party mods and skins are in the third-party forum.
  17. Recaptcha was not in v4.3.3, you'll need to upgrade for this option. You still have the standard captcha flood control.
  18. It should be enough to end the spamming now. However no one can predict the future.
  19. There is a third-party mod for this I believe. Try posting in the third-party forum. Alternatively, you can use FTP.
  20. The Third-Party Documentation has some skin customisation information which will help you determine how things work.
  21. The file needs the permissions changed. More information on this can be found in the third-party documentation: Homepage and the Language system. I've moved this topic to v3 support.
  22. Not with the core product. You need to visit the third-party forum.
