  1. I've been trying to get hold of sales at cubecart for more than a week and have been leaving messages with my contact number and nothing, does anyone work there, is this costomer service or customer dis-service

    Submit a sales ticket, then you can arrange a chat if you need to talk to someone either in the UK or US. Remember they are in different time zones.
  2. Well, it seems that there are some definite bugs in the DB upgrade scripts. After having done a complete manual upgrade of the DB and correcting those bugs coupons are working as they should be. I'll post my findings regarding these upgrade bugs separately.

    Thanks for your response. The admin interface shows the version as 3.0.2.

    Regarding payment gateways, we use many including Paypal, Verisign, Worldpay etc and a few more.

    Wow, that's old. Assuming you've not recently changed any code, have you asked your hosting company if they have upgraded anything on the server recently?

    You really need to upgrade. Your options are either to ask a third-party provider to upgrade your store, or upgrade to v4 or v5. V3 is no longer officially available.

    Your right so many posts go unresolved in this forum is frustrating as there is very very very little help out there unless your ready to show serious $$$.

    I get the feeling some people (not all) in the cubecart forum/community world suffer from "PRIDE OF KNOWLEDGE" syndrome which is a shame.

    A lot of cubecart community is money orientated not just with regards to the purchase itself of the cart but the fact that there is very little documentation / tutorials with rergards to api and function calls etc which creates a market for people "in the know" to create mods and then this creates a market place for developers.

    I really appreciate your help for posting this as I have been struggleing for hours. You have helped at least one person :)) thank you

  5. I have gone through the process of paying for the software license together with the copyright removal tool but have not received any confirmation ?

    When did you order? Your post was made at 1am, and take into account they work 9am to 5pm I believe orders are completed manually.
  6. To say I'm displeased with this version is an understatement. They charge over £100 for a licence and don't even bother to write documentation for it. This is a joke. And am I right in thinking you have to pay more money to stop CubeCart injecting that horrible "eCommerce Software by CubeCart" line before your template's closing <body> tag? I buy a licence and my store's still being used as an advertisement vehicle. Fantastic.

    The copyright removal option has been a feature of CubeCart for many many years.
