What version of CubeCart?

If you're moving, just create a different name database on the new hosting and change the details in the globals file. You'll need to apply new username and passwords anyway I expect. Details on moving CubeCart can be found in the third-party forum documentation FAQ ;)

They are complaining about a query that gets one product from the inventory table? Well, I don't know if 5.0.3 fixes it (if it was a problem), but you should upgrade anyway and see how it goes.

There is an option in v5 to install the .htaccess file, it is different to the v4 file. Rename the current file, then browse back to the SEO page and select install from there.

If you have a bug, submit a bug report and it will get looked into and fixed for the next release. This is what the devs are busy doing rather than spending their time in the forum.

These are the official community forums for community support of the core CubeCart software. Company support and sales information can be gained via official support/sales tickets.I hope im not out of lines saying that this would be a company forum with totally no company support, there are so many unanswered posts,
most that are answered are from some great users with some cart knowledge, where are the dev's from CC that at least could answer some of what ive
read very easily with knowledge of the software.

Did you select the upgrade or new installation option? you must have not copied over the global file.Just upgraded a backup copy of my store anly to find the the Database has been totally cleaned, What am I mising

There is a bug where the digital downloads link is not added to the correct place in the customer account. The email is still generated. This should be fixed in the next update.
