Hey Andy. 1. For your currency, go to your Currencies in your admin panel and change the Value of the British pound to 1.00 and alter the other currencies to the appropriate exchange rate. 2. For your logo you need to replace it in admin/images folder. Hope it all makes sense. aPoLLo :homestar:

It was a bug in an older version. When you add it to other categories the text of the button changed but not the functionality until that dialog is closed and re-opened. Double-clicking on a 'add' text (and 'remove' text after the first click) added the product again and again on each click. As you said, to remove it just click on remove once after closing and reopening the dialog. One click to add will do the job correctly, or upgrade Hey Guys and Gals. I am currently using 3.0.18 and am experiencing the same issue when adding to multiple cats in the one hit. Shouldn't this have been resolved from previous versions? Hi. You have to place the status of the order from PENDING into PROCESSING mode before you place it in COMPLETED mode. Only then you will see the stock level drop. Hope it helps. Cheers aPoLLo :)

Hi Robsta. I too am interested on how to achieve this. The problem is there are a few locations in the lang.inc.php where n/a is utilized. I could not pin point the one that requires altering. Hi all. I had the same exact FAKE USER Register in my store (CC 3.0.17) with the same details in the original post. The only difference my order was on a FREE Digital product. Hi. I too am having the same problem since I upgraded the fckeditor to version 2.3.2 as recommended by someone else in the .org forum. My CC version in 3.0.17. I do wish someone would give us a heads up as to what files and what edits are required to get this feature working. Cheers aPoLLo :)

Stay tuned n_j_taylor. I have a developer working on a mod for me. May take a couple of weeks but do let me know if you have any other requirements and I will try and get him to incorporate it in the mod I require. I assume once it is done he will be selling it on his site. I can not go into specifics here as it is not the correct forum but feel free to message me in a week or 2 and I will let you know if it has worked for me. I gave it a go and it worked fine for orders over $150.00 allowing the customer to choose from 2 different shipping costs (not the ideal thing - was hoping it would give them the FREE option by default) however for orders under the $150.00 threshold it gives the customer the choice once again to choose the FREE option which is not a good thing. Hi folks. I did a search for Alphabetical Order and came up with a few threads with Categories and Sub Category issues which I am not experiencing. The issue I have is when a search for a particular item takes place, these searches are not coming up in Alpha order. Quite confusing for a customer looking for something in particular. Hi everyone. I haven't had much luck finding any info on this so I was just wondering if I am able to use multiple shipping modules and if so would there be any complications? I am currently using the BY SUBTOTAL option however would like to change it so that I am able to use BY WEIGHT and BY PRICE. In other words what I am trying to achieve is this: For a combined total weight order of 500 grams or less to be a certain price of say $6.50 for overseas orders and $5.00 for Australian orders and for heavier orders of more than 500 grams to have the respective prices of $13.00 and $10.00. The other criteria is that any orders over $150.00 to be a FREE delivery cost. Is it possible to use the out of the box Shipping Modules (BY WEIGHT and BY PRICE) to achieve this or will I require a Mod? Any advice on this is much appreciated. Many thanks aPoLLo ;)

Hi Molly. I believe the file you need to CHMOD 777 to is the /public_html/language/en/home.inc.php file. Hope that helps. Don't forget to CHMOD back to 644. Cheers aPoLLo :dizzy:

Hi everyone. I just did an upgrade to the most recent recommended version of fckeditor to my CC store. (Version 2.1) All the functions seem to be working ok except for one major one. When I try to browse my server for images nothing comes up. ie. The list is blank. Is there a configuration file that requires tweaking or is there a compat issue here with CC 3.0.17? The new fckeditor is currently installed in the following location: /public_html/store/admin/includes/rte/ Any suggestions? Thanks aPoLLo B)

OK folks. Here was the fix related to my problem. For some reason the viewProd.tpl was all screwed up. I backed up this existing file and installed the vanilla version of viewProd.tpl I then used Winmerge to compare the 2 files which allowed me to reapply any Mod code to the newly installed viewProd.tpl file. This ladies and gents resolved the problem. I spoke to my webhost and they told me a possible file corrruption may have occurred when my site was moved to another web server. Who knows but I sure hope this is the last of my issues. Cheers and hope this helps someone at some point. aPoLLo B)

Hi guys and gals. I have a worrying issue at the moment with product pages loading extremely slowly and in a strange manner in Firefox and Windows Safari. All seems to be good in IE. The actual Homepage loads up nice and smoothly in all browsers however any page with respect to a specific product is loading up in a slowwwwww and weird way. We have noticed a drop off in sales and I am concerned that customers who use other browsers are not waiting for the pages to load and as a consequence are leaving our site. In a few words... THANK GOD for BACKUPS. "ALWAYS MAKE BACKUPS OF YOUR STORE FILES AND SQL DB BEFORE MAKING ANY CHANGES OR APPLYING MODS". Well here goes. Looks like it was the SEARCH BOX mod that threw out the sales items box. Have no idea why (Winmerge did not show a significant difference), but reuploading the original backed up files and reapplying the mod fixed the problem. So it just goes to illustrate that when these PHP Gurus say Backup... You better listen. They do know what they are talkig about. aPoLLo :unsure:

The SKIN for fckeditor is the original one. I haven't changed that. The skin to the actual store is an original CC3 skin which I have modified using CSS plus have added certain mods for more functionality. It's certainly a weird one that's for sure. Not as weird as the issue I am experiencing with my Sales Item box links not working. SIGH. In any rate thanks for your suggestions Brivtech. Thanks Brivtech for your work around. I was using the <hr/> tag to get around it. It does not matter what mode I use fdkeditor, the horizontal line will not work. I run my mouse over it and it does not highlight to indicate to me that this option is available. Could it have anything to do with any mods? Thanks aPoLLo

Hi again to everyone. This one is not an urgent issue but would sure love to know why the Horizontal Line feature in fckeditor is not working. Does anybody have this problem and does anybody know how to go about fixing this? In addition I was thinking of upgrading to a later version of fckeditor but I am a little concerned about breaking something. I think I broke something somewhere along the line however do not know where. In one of my boxes called Sale items, just one of the links is working (well kind of) in IE. The links are working perfectly ok under Firefox, Netscape and Windows Safari. Can someone pleaseeeeee help me fix this? It's a weird one and I have no clue as to where the problem lies. Hello to everyone. Just a quick question if I may? I know there are a few mods out there that do different things related to Free downloads\Free products however all I would like to do for the time being is display any product that has a dollar value of $0.00 as FREE. From Price: $0.00 AUD to FREE I would still like the customer to register and still have $0.00 displayed in the invoice details as the purchase price. Can this be easily done?
