  1. I'm using the legend skin here. After clicking on a product on the top of the page it says "location: /category". How do I get rid of that slash? Terry
  2. What browswer were you using? Seems to be working fine in internet explorer and giving me the security warning in firefox. I also noticed that when I log into my admin panel I get a bunch of PHP errors...any idea why? I'm guessing one of my SSL settings is wrong. Terry
  3. Now I'm getting a security warning when I go to view basket. Anyone have an idea why? Store is at www.maximalperformance.com/store. Terry
  4. Figured it out after some searching and experimenting... Root SECURE Public HTML Folder to store: /store/ Absolute SECURE URL to store: https://www.maximalperformance.com/store Server SECURE Root Directory: /home/maximalp/public_html/store Terry
  5. This is the only thing I have holding back my store from going live and I've been messing with it the whole week. I finally got SSL installed on my server. I bought the certificate for maximalperformance.com. Now what settings do I need? This is what I have and when going to "veiw basket" i get a 404.... Root SECURE Public HTML Folder to store: /store/ Absolute SECURE URL to store: https://www.maximalperformance.com Server SECURE Root Directory: /home/maximalp/public_html/www/store I've tried a bunch of combinations but I've had everything from it messing up my whole site (had to use the config tool), to throwing 404's when I view basket, to giving me an empty cart when I check out. Should I re-key it for www.maximalperformance.com? That's the one thing I can think of it messing up however i don't think i can even generate a key for that (just the way my server works). Please...can someone help me here? Thanks, Terry
  6. All that makes sense. I haven't backed anything up yet (gonna give surpass overnight to fix the problem until i ditch them). I'll definately back it up before anything happens and probably won't switch over the nameservers until i get it working. So basically I do just copy and paste the files after creating the database? If I name the database the same along with the username and password all I'll have to do is update the paths? Terry
  7. Well since my current host (surpass hosting) pretty much sucks when it comes to technical support (no phone support, been trying to figure out an SSL problem for 2 days now) I think i'm moving over to godaddy. Now my question is what do I need to do to get the store moved over there? Where do I locate the store database? That something you can do in myphpadmin? Other than that do I just need to store directory? Thanks, Terry
  8. Well I talked to paypal after setting up payments pro and they said I will need an SSL certificate (which is being taken care of by my host right now). However after configuring paypal when I go to make payment it sends me to paypal's site which is obviosily secure. Am I setting up something wrong or was paypal wrong when they told me I needed the SSL? Terry
  9. Thanks...I as able to find all of them with that. Another question....A few of my buttons don't bring up the hand pointer when I hover over them (mainly the login and search buttons). Is there something I have to add to get that to happen? Terry
  10. The view basket button was easy to find and change the color of but I can't seem to find the formatting options for the update basket, continue, continue shopping, and register and continue buttons (the ones in the checkout process. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Just spent the last half hour searching and couldn't find anything. Thanks, Terry
  11. I plan on using Paypal Pro at least to start out with my new site on cubecart and was wondering if they took care of all the security stuff or if I still needed an SSL certificate? I'm having problems getting the SSL certificate working properly at the moment and wonder if I even need it to begin with. I eventually want to use another merchant account but paypal seems to be the easiest to get going and get my site off the ground so I guess the SSL I bought isn't completely useless. Thanks, Terry
