NOT A UPS ISSUE - "We do not ship to your country"

Hello guys!!

I've read all the thread on "sorry, we don't ship to your country" issue, but I believe my issue is not connected to UPS

It happens only in this case When I'm in the cart, on step 3 - and I try

to update qty - for example 52 from 4 - I get this error message

: "Sorry can't ship to your country" - even thou I put in NY address

as a Billing and Shipping option and we are in Illinois. But if I go back and look at the

shopping cart box on the side - it says 52. Is there a bug? Another problem is that when I update qty on step 3 - I can do it only once, and then I get that error message.

I use UPS and Flat Rate (0.00) ( subsitute for Free Ground UPS)

UPS may not be the issue for you but it definitely is for me. verified by the simple process of testing the alternatives.

When I enable UPS, I get the error. When I disable UPS, I get the error.

Res ipsit loqitor and quod erat demonstrandum.

UPS is a a problem. It may not be the only problem but it definitely is *a* problem.

Anyone have a solution on how to have UPS and still be able to ship?

The way I got it to work was to make sure that every product that you have as a weight entered. That was UPS can figure out the shipping cost.

Someone mentioned that in another thread and that was something I hadnt tried and I did that today and I dont seem to have any problems with that now.

Thank you guys for the input - but I read those threads already and I tried it, and I made sure that my weight is entered.. Stil nothing! Bupkis! :-)

Anyone has another solution?
