jerseyjoe Posted October 20, 2005 Share Posted October 20, 2005 Orders show up in CC/ACP > Customers > Orders labeled with one of five or six definitions such as Pending, Processing, etc. But nowhere is there any definition of what each status label means, how it could or should be changed, etc. Does anyone have a coherent tutorial or explanation to share?
