But when I got an order this morning it was pending and no shipping charges were listed. I have put the weight of the product in and enabled UPS and postal service. What do I do? Don't want to miss out on sales and have to send items via free shipping. Guest groovejuice Posted October 24, 2005 Share Posted October 24, 2005 Try enabling some of the UPS subcats on the UPS gateway page. Also make sure that you proceed to the actual payment page, as I've found that the shipping and tax totals aren't always visible when you check your cart. Guest bydiane Posted October 25, 2005 Share Posted October 25, 2005 I have added the UPS ground to my shipping options. USP ground seems to work fine. But I am getting a standard $4.19 fee charged for everything else. I would love to have 1st class and priority mail along with the USP ground. Any thoughts how I can make this happen?
